Reading and daily selection
Passages are bundled with the app, without an account or downloading Scripture. The selection follows the device’s local date and stays the same when reopening or changing between Chinese and English that day. The collection contains 365 aligned passages and is reused over time. New content is not added daily.
On an ordinary device, swipe left on the cover to open reading and swipe right to return. Supported foldable devices enter reading through their physical opening state.
Languages and translations
The app currently offers Simplified Chinese and English, following the app’s language setting. Traditional Chinese Scripture is not currently available.
Chinese uses the Open Chinese Contemporary Bible (Simplified, 2022, OCCB). English uses the World English Bible, Protestant Edition (WEBP), with US spelling. English text comes directly from that edition; it is not a machine translation of the Chinese. Each passage keeps its Bible reference.
This is a selected-passage companion to regular Bible reading. It does not include the complete Bible and is not a Bible-in-a-year plan.

Content and licenses
The app’s information screen and our source and license page explain the translations and their copyright and licensing terms. The app’s Content and Sources screen provides its reusable data package.
